Baby Boot Camp is a stroller-based fitness program that helps moms regain or enhance pre-pregnancy fitness levels and meet the physical challenges of parenting.
Baby Boot Camp Carrollton and Plano will help you get into the best shape of your life while spending valuable time with your children and developing life long friendships! Every class is a new and challenging experience dedicated to achieving all of your fitness goals. We also offer 5k training and Nutrition Solutions.
Our Current Schedule-
Monday, Wednesday and Friday we meet at 9am at the Shops of Willowbend
Tuesday we meet at 9:20 am at Arbor Hills Nature Preserve (weather permitting)
Saturday we meet at 9am at Arbor Hills Nature Preserve (weather permitting)
